I've lost four sticks of butter. Ha. Nineteen more to go don't ask me to figure that out in butter sticks. I've lost a pound since yesterday. The creator of the dvd Chair-a-cise wrote me back when I emailed him asking if it was possible to lose up to twenty pounds on his product. I think with perserverance and doing this every day I can do it.
I KNOW I can do it.
I did my workout in the morning before everyone got up and didn' wake them up. I turn the volume on low and sit the chair close to the t.v. and do the weight lifting moves and ab work and cardio moves. I had some wheat toast with raw honey and cinnamon for breakfast along with my green tea and vitamin.
Today after her homeschooling is over my daughter and I are going to Subway. I'm excited and I order my sandwich on wheat bread with turkey and NO CHEESE and a ton of veggies with hot mustard and we get a drink to share that way I can afford it. No chips though.
