Good weigh in

I don't know why yesterday, Wednesday, I called my blog "Thursday check in" losing my mind? Mmm?

Well, anywho, today is Thursday, official weigh in day, and I'm at 177.2, down a pound from last week. Woo Hoo!

I'm looking forward to Saturday, the first of the month, when I do my measurements, and take stock in the past month.

I had a good meet with my personal trainer yesterday. We tested my progress, because we're almost done working together. I lost 8 pounds, and gained strength and flexibility.

    emoticon Good job on the 8 pounds and the strength and flexibility, as well as the 1 pound this week! Even if you finish with the trainer, you will have to take what you learned and apply it as you continue going forward!
