I don't hear alarms most of the time. So in order to be up with plenty of time to get ready for work I have to get up when my husband does. Well he goes to work by 6am usually. So I am awake at 5am every day. I usually just lay in bed for 1-2 hours then I start getting ready. Crazy I know that I can lay there for that long and not fall asleep. Even crazier is that I do just lay there. So now I'm trying to use that time more wisely. Well my husband went to work at 5am this morning. So I have been up this morning since 4:30am. But I got a workout in. It was only 10 minutes. But that's better than nothing. I hope by the end of the year I am back up to my preferred routine of 45 minute workouts.
