Ok, just had to blog this....today is my wk 6 weigh in for the Diabetes 8wk challenge. I am very extatic to report I weighed in at 210.6 lbs this morning ( I had to weigh multiple times to make sure it was correct) What is all the excitment about u ask? well my goal was to lose 2 lbs / wk ( totaling 16lbs) so I have sort of accomplished that each wk with the exception of last wk and the scale said I gained 2lbs. I was very discouraged and unmotivated. but I got back up and went straight back to being precise on counting calories and getting at least 20min exercises in/day. My result this wk is the scale says I lost 6lbs (14 lbs out of 16 lbs I wanted to lose in these 8 wks) so I am back on track plus a wk ahead. OMGOSH that feels good. I even feel lighter. Now I am thinking that my second mini challenge is very DOABLE! and that is to get to 199 by new yrs.
