Thursday AM with Cathe's Super Sets

Good Morning!

Holly Crumb....can it really be Thursday.... emoticon ? Where did my week go?!?!?!

Today I decided to do Super Sets!

Here's how it went...

Round One, Group A:
Legs...........barbell squats 55
Legs/Back...barbell deadlifts 55
Chest..........barbell bench press 50
Shoulders....dumbbell front/side raise on stability ball 2x7.5.
Core............wood chops on the stability ball 1x20 (need to go heavier here)
Round One, Group B, repeats the body parts but uses different exercises:
Legs...........barbell plie' squats 50
Back...........dumbbell pullovers on the stability ball 1x30
Chest..........dumbbell incline fly on stability ball 2x20
Shoulders....dumbbell rotator cuff side raises on stability ball 1x10
Core...........roll outs on the stability ball (no weight) Y - I like these, but I need some more air in my ball...
Round Two, Group A:
Legs..........dumbell one leg squat 1x20
Shoulders...dumbbell seated overhead press 2x12
Biceps........barbell curls with Cedi
30
Triceps.......dumbbell extensions on the stability ball 2x15
Core...........bike maneuver Skipped a couple here and there...
Round Two, Group B, repeats the body parts but uses different exercises:
Legs..........explosive lunges (no equipment) Y
Shoulders...dumbbell rear and front delt raises prone on stability ball 2x2.5....
Biceps........dumbbell concentration curls on the stability ball 1x15
Triceps.......seesaw tricep push ups (no weights) Y
Core...........side oblique crunches on the stability ball
Y
Ahhh the stretch

That was just what I needed. I really love this workout. It's been a while since I've done this one. I was going through my notes and the last time I did this workout, Tim and I had just begun looking for a new place to board our boys. I sure miss Poncho. Poor guy.

Now, I'm off to get ready for work. Go see how my boss can torture me today....turd.
