I know when I begin to struggle with this health journey I can always rely on my spark friends to remind me that it is ok to fall. A few bad days does not have to turn into a few bad weeks, months or years. I nipped my cravings in the bud by doubling up on the water and only had one snack- a healthy cheese and crackers.

Thank you all, together we can do this :)

    AWESOME! The true test of an athlete's fitness is how long it takes to recover from a hard workout. I think the true test of how committed you are to your goal is how you recover from the hard times - and you are already back on track! CONGRATS! Now, don't forget to come over and post in the 10lbs/10wks challenge. Even if you are up in weight, it's just about accountability.
