Yesterday was a really horrible day. So stressful, so overly busy. As I'm starting this day, I read a comment that someone posted to my blog yesterday which made me go back and read what I wrote, a quote from SparkPeople's Coach Nicole. She says:
"Say one good thing about yourself and your body every day. Eventually, you'll come to believe it."
While life is dishing out so much tough stuff, I'm going to be sure and say these things. I am strong. I can endure. My spirit will carry me through with grace.
