A window opens

Thursday, November 29, 2012

Because I needed to back off on exercise, I focused on eating. This turned out to be a win, because I started paying attention to the plan and actually eating like the plan - mostly. It's paying off, as I am at a 6-month low and down 2 pounds from a week ago. I hope to have another week with these kind of results!

Clearly, the title of this is about a door, closes a window opens. Yeah, that's me climbing through the window.

Another cool thing - I am taking my lunch to work, and so is my spouse, he is at a 3 month low! He is taking inspiration from me.
Yippee!

    I echo your sentiments.
I am at my few years low and I feel like I could go on to achieve my goal.
Like you, I too am making my lunch at home and bringing it to work. The efforts paid off.
Plus, I am feeling more positive and more energetic as I keep up with my new healthy eating habits and workout plan.
I wish you all the best too.

I love it! Looking at the bright side and the opportunities! emoticon

I know about knee injuries and have had to change up, a few times, because of it.

You are doing a great job and I look forward to hearing more! emoticon
