I was doing really well with my exercise program for over a month and now I have lost my motivation for some reason. Sinus cold, cold weather, etc. Not good excuses but they are the ones I have been using. I have not been doing my
Walk Away The Pounds DVD's or my strength training but I do get some exercise when I do the barn chores and alot of walking around the office at work. Today, I am going to get back into the right frame of mind and get out of this rut. Leslie, here I come for our morning workout!! No more excuses!! I can do this!!
