Paleo Diet Day 16

Today was a long day at work: had to observe a class at 8 a.m., meetings, writing reports and preparing for teaching tomorrow. Busy. I also stayed on till past 9 pm to watch a friend perform a concert. But I fed myself steadily:
Breakfast: coconut yoghurt, almonds, banana with almond butter, tea
Snack: coffee (black), dried dates, almonds
Lunch: turkey breast.
Dinner: turkey breast (ok, I packed enough in my office 'fridge to last both meals. Not varied but it's protein).
Post-concert snack: coconut cream pie with coconut crust (have to get my daughter to explain the details on that). Delicious!
We'll see if we can vary the menu a bit more tomorrow. G'night!
