Feel like I've been doing nothing but running for days now and that's not even counting the whole exercise thing I've had going on. So hard trying to get us all back on schedule and deal with the schooling and the activities, deal with therapist issues for a child, and trying to unpack and start my exercise up all at once. Pretty sure there's a rule against trying to do all that at once and if there isn't, there probably should be. I have managed to stay on track with exercise and have been doing better with the water intake so those are positives. Still struggling with the eating mostly because it doesn't matter what my plan is, something happens so I keep having 30s to grab something to eat in the car which severely limits healthy choices. I think I have some of the issues dealt with, at least for now, so hopefully I'll be able to get the eating a bit more under control.
