True. The mind / body / spirit connection. The opposite is true as well. So we need to be alert to what we are saying about ourselves and make appropriate changes.

    Yes! Absolutely!
I started some gentle stretching yoga to get a better feel on my body. Now, after workouts, I lay in the steam room to relax, breath, and visualize.
