Day 1 - Back to Basics

I called it back to basics because I am starting again and I need to take baby steps. Thank you for all your support Sparks!

    I know how you feel, girl. I was on Spark once before, I lost over 20 pounds, and then I fell off the wagon and I'm 16 pounds heavier from my lowest Spark weight and out of shape again. I'm also starting back at square one, or as you called it, "back to basics", and also feel like I need to start with baby steps that will get bigger with time.

    Good for you with the classes - I am close to asking my parents for a gym membership because I need the option of running on the treadmill in the winter, etc... I took a step aerobics class at my old gym and I loved it. I'd be too embarrassed to do Zumba in front of other people, so more power to you!

    Also, definitely try smoothies!! They're my saving grace this second time around at Spark. I have at least one a day, and there are three smoothie recipes I found that I absolutely love.
