and it only half over, OH DEAR!
its mostly work, my primary job is not direct customer service, I did that for 5 years & earned my "promotion". However, due to cuts I now am on the phones the first almost 3hrs, and again as needed throughout the day which anyone who pays bills once you get in a rhythm and your screamed out of your zone its really difficult to get back. Then imagine your first call is getting screamed at! Yes that is how my day started (the last 2 days). Everyone wants it now! Cheaper! Free!
the cherry on top is I get a company call yelling at me, telling me his company will no longer be doing business with us because I didn't pay his bill, ok when did you email it to me?, I didn't I faxed to ....., ok I apologize but I am the only one that pays the bills so why was it faxed to....?
because he told me to! I faxed it 2 times! You don't know what your doing blah blah blah me
really? So both my am & pm were screamers & nothing having to do with me. All this because some kiss ass wanted brownie points and f'd up & I have to fix it.
then traffic, "hubby" and I argued, now I can't get out of this funk & I just wanna hit someone!
