emotionally drained

and it only half over, OH DEAR!
its mostly work, my primary job is not direct customer service, I did that for 5 years & earned my "promotion". However, due to cuts I now am on the phones the first almost 3hrs, and again as needed throughout the day which anyone who pays bills once you get in a rhythm and your screamed out of your zone its really difficult to get back. Then imagine your first call is getting screamed at! Yes that is how my day started (the last 2 days). Everyone wants it now! Cheaper! Free!
the cherry on top is I get a company call yelling at me, telling me his company will no longer be doing business with us because I didn't pay his bill, ok when did you email it to me?, I didn't I faxed to ....., ok I apologize but I am the only one that pays the bills so why was it faxed to....?
because he told me to! I faxed it 2 times! You don't know what your doing blah blah blah me
really? So both my am & pm were screamers & nothing having to do with me. All this because some kiss ass wanted brownie points and f'd up & I have to fix it.
then traffic, "hubby" and I argued, now I can't get out of this funk & I just wanna hit someone!

thanks for the vent

Try to do some mediation. It might help. Then again you might need to get really active to get it all out. Oh, well it is easy to say but hard to do. (LOL) hope things get better. Hugs, Judy

I get that at work sometimes as well. I figure they're having a rotten day and I happen to be the first person that comes along that they can vent at. It can put you in a bad mood though. I hope things get better at work soon. The economy is bad all over.

It's so hard to answer phones. I really think that it's worse when there's a full moon. Hoping you were able to get in some exercise and a good night's sleep and that today will be better for you.

I completely understand and I have not worked in 4 years! I worked for Job Corps- where kids 16/25 go to get their high school diploma and a certified trade/skill.

Imagine the screaming when the kids tell their parents we can't afford to feed them this week because no one will send food because Corprate hasn't paid the bill yet. Those are the precious ones!

Not only did the kids/young adults whine and gripe every day, so did their mama and their granny, and they were all coming up here to get in our faces when little Suzie gets in trouble for breaking into the boys' dorm at 3 am.

Yeah, I totally understand your frustration. Hopefully the CS gig won't last that long and you can go back to your promoted position!

Take your meds and go to bed!
