Burn off Holiday Calories

I am so sad to see the challenge end; this has been great fun! Here is my plan:

Wrapping gifts or making crafts (hello party favors): 30 minutes = 48 (That should be good for about 2 hours or 192 calories!)

Light baking (of all your favorite treats): 1 hour = 159 calories (I need to bake! Already have the fruitcakes done. This will be good for a couple of hours, too!)

Carrying groceries: 5 minutes = 13 calories (Usually about 15 minutes)
Putting away groceries: 5 minutes = 13 calories (Usually about 20-30 minutes)

Taking out Trash: 2 minutes = 5 calories

Carrying wood or lumber (Marshmallows not included): 5 minutes = 26 calories (Our pellet bags weigh 40# and need to come in about every other day)

General to Heavy house cleaning: 1 hour = 191 calories (Hmmmmmm....maybe not. Hubby does this now that I am working)

Grocery shopping (with cart): 30 minutes = 73 calories This is an hour long process....at least.

Now that I am working, I am running stairs about once an hour, too.
