Reason to lose weight: to show the people who bullied me what I am capable of.
Well this morning started out bad, but it did get better. Roommate problems, never again will I do the rooming with someone I've never met before. It's just been an awful experience for me.
I can't believe some of the differences I am starting to notice in my fitness level. My old jogging speed is now my walking speed. That's a pretty good accomplishment for me so far, I would like to think!
I was down another lb yesterday, down over 12 lbs so far, and still going strong. It's like the last couple of weeks I feel like I had plateaued already, but I realized I needed to be real with myself, and real with my portions, which is what has been working well for me :)
Night Sparkers, I would love to stay and chat more, but I have work to be done (it's my last week of classes for first semester).
