im at a loss. i am up again.
it is not normal for me and i dont understand.
i am at 1100-something calories.
3 hours biking.
arm workout: 20 exercises with 20lb kettlebell, 20 reps. 20 exercises with 30lb weight, 6 reps each.
ab workout: 40 exercises 20 reps each.
22 or 24 grams carbs. im not sure if im having a snack or not.
