Day #3: a painful rear end.

My bum & thighs are so sore! I am taking this as a positive indication that the last 3 days have been productive!

- CARDIO: Treadmill 15 min
- ST: 30 min ab workout with medicine ball, 5 lb weights, oblique machine & "ab coaster"
- 10 min of stretching
Since the plan is to start with 3 days/week of cardio and work my way to 6 days/week eventually, today was not a planned cardio day... however, I just felt like a brisk walk & jog. My muscles felt better afterwards as well.

More well-rounded today for sure. It's difficult to eat enough when you don't eat sugar or a lot of starch!

I work a 12 hr shift tomorrow, so I am praying that I am not super sore! My job as a RN is usually quite active. Tomorrow is coming early! Time for this tired body to hit the sack!
