I have to say that I'm really excited right now! For the past 3 days, I have been eating within my calorie range! Monday, I ate 1291 calories. Tuesday, I ate 1200 calories. Today, I ate 1253 calories. I am making my meals as clean as possible! Tonight for dinner, I even made a Sparkpeople recipe! It was really good! I have to say, I know it's only 3 days, but I'm so proud of myself! I really want to keep this trend up and continue to make wise food choices! I have to keep reminding myself that weight loss is the following formula: 10% genetics; 10% exercise & 80% food intake. Also, I read the way to get flat abs is in the kitchen! I don't necessarily need to have a 6-pack (it would be nice though
), but flat abs would be quite nice! So, how bad do I want it? I want it really badly! So, I will try my best to continue on my current path!
Now, I just want to continue to increase my protein and fiber intakes, while keeping my fat intake low! Wish me luck!
