Staying the Course

It's the end of the year. Holiday temptations. Cooler weather. And thicker clothing that helps hide those bulges. In the past, I used these factors to allow myself to overindulge. No more. I am determine to keep on sparking. Yes, some days will be less than perfect. Seriously, I know I am not going to pass up everything that is yummy. However, I am not going throw in the towel and wait for 2013.

It is no longer all or nothing thinking. Each day is another opportunity to get closer to my goal of a better, healthier and more fit me. Maybe it will be measured by inches and pounds not gained. But I will move forward.
