Food Diary - Day 2

Banana, Strawberry and peanut butter smoothie
apple, scroggin and strawberry tea
cheese and tomato relish sandwich and orange
Deep fried fish, chips and a pineapple ring, and a peice of lolly cake

So much for the healthy day I planned! It's my fault for planning to be out all day and not taking a snack though.. next time

    Don't worry. Eating fish and chips now and then is not a nutritional crime. emoticon
