On my lunch break today, I purchased a measuring tape so this time around, I won't rely solely on the scale, but on my measurements as well. I plan to take all of my measurements first thing in the morning, which I've heard is the best time to take them. I'll post the numbers another blog tomorrow as well as on my SP Weight Tracker. I can get so discouraged by the number on the scale, and I figured it's definitely not too late to start taking measurements because I've only been dieting/working out for 3 weeks as of today. My weigh-in for the challenge at work is in 2 days! I'm really hoping I lost the most so I won't have to buy dinner...LOL!

Measuremets...here they are:

Pants Size: 18 (barely)
Bra Size: 40DD (barely)
Neck: 15.25
Wrist: 6.25
Calf: 15
Thigh: 26
Hips (this includes my nasty gut): 47.5
Waist: 39.5
Belly button: 46
Under chest: 39.25
Around chest: 45
Upper Arm: 12
Forearm: 10.25
