Well, got up this morning at 4:30 to take my daughter to weight training at school. Came home and did 50 minutes of Tae-bo, which I love to do! Did my 15 minute quiet time and felt refreshed. I started taking vitamins which I can tell seem to help my overall mood, so I do hope this will help me to stay focused and motivated. Breakfast was coffee, must have coffee and 12 oz of milk and an apple. I know I need to eat more for breakfast, but just can't seem to make myself. I am proud of myself today because I have already consumed 48 oz of water, YAY! Working on school work after work today so not much exercise will be done this evening. Looking forward to tomorrow morning and my tae-bo.
