Now I am trying to determine how much I need to eat to maintain my weight. Once I know that number I can start to lose. I have been tracking pretty consistently on SP for a couple of weeks now. According to the numbers, I should have gained half a pound since last Thursday. Since I weigh on Saturday, I will redo my calculations to see if my AMR (Active Metabolic Rate) is correct. For me, assuming a sedentary lifestyle, it is 2018 calories a day.
I am also working to increase my activity level, so the numbers could be way off. A sedentary lifestyle level (Harris-Benedict Formula) could be too low. In which case, I should lose weight by Saturday.
