Monday was day 26 and it was a day of rest for the 28 day plan however I did have my bowling league so I bowled for 40 minutes.
Yesterday was day 27 and it was a combo of the Total body challenge and the cardio-sculpt videos. I did not get the workout done in the morning as I was getting ready to drive to Columbia MO to pick up some wine. This is a 3 hour drive one way so 6 hours round trip plus the time to load the wine etc. It is surprising how tiring just driving can be. When I got home I really did not want to workout but I knew that I had already modified this plan once and did not want to do it again. So I did the workout except I did stop 5 minutes early because my arms were getting very tired and did not feel like I could do the last section of the cardio-sculpt which has a lot of plank moves correctly. So I only did 37 minutes instead of the full 42 minutes which I feel was a great plus when I could easily have just said I am to tired and will do it tomorrow.
Today is the Cardio burst workout and I want to add either a walking dvd or an aerobic dvd also.
I have really enjoyed this workout plan. I think I will do it again for the month of December since I am noticing some nice changes in my body and energy.
I can't believe that tomorrow will be my last day for this challenge. This month has gone by so fast.
