Just Checking In

Wednesday, November 28, 2012

I know it has been a long time since I've been here, but there have been a lot of issues I have been dealing with. I've been dealing with difficult family issues for the last year and a half, and just recently cut off a relationship with my mom. I've had mobility issues and use a walker due to my 5 chronic back conditions. Now I am having lung issues, unable to breathe, daily dizziness and feeling like I'm going to pass out. Likely all is related to stress, which is why I have been resting as much as possible aside from daily chores and a daily walk.
I will make an effort to be here at least 3 times/week, but I make no promises.
Thank you to Georgine for her note of encouragement and the SparkGoodie that was the influence to bring me back here today. You are an angel in disguise to me today. Your encouragement was much needed and very much appreciated.
God bless one and all.

Nice to hear from you, i think of you often as you were one of the Spark friends that helped me so much to find my way around, not that i have it all figured out yet and am still learning. I was concerned because i knew you had health and family issues. i am sorry about having to cut off a relationship with your mom. I read a lot of posts like that, sometimes we have to do what is needed for our own well being. My mom was my rock and I miss her a lot, she will be gone 2 years this coming January and I miss her every day, especially at Xmas but my kids keep me going as well as friends and Spark friends. Remember we are always here if you need us. I hope you will be feeling better, glad you keep up walking etc. I still struggle with staying consistent but am doing better now. Visit with us when you can and feel like it. emoticon Georgine
