Daily Update - Nov 27th & 28th, 2012

Sorry I missed checking in yesterday. I literally did not get near my computer until 11:45pm. LOL. I just wasn't home. So here is how I did on the 26th:

Must Do:

1. Do 15 min cardio - did = 1
2. Stay within Calorie Range - did = 1
3. Drink 8 cups water - did = 1
4. Brush Teeth - did = 1
5. Go to work - did = 1

Remaining List:

1. Cook Supper or Do dishes - did both = 2
2. Relax for 15 min - did = 1
3. Go to bed no later than 12am - did pretty good on this = 0.75
4. Eat 2 freggies (lowered to try to be more consistent) - did = 1
5. Have a shower - did not do = 0

9.75/5 = 195% So, I had a great day on Monday. Yesterday I did okay. I ate alright but was under in calories. I lost 5.6 lbs so I was very happy about that as well. I only had about 2 cups of water though but I did get in my 2 servings of freggies. I didn't have to work so that didn't happen. I went for a 30 minute walk with my friend Amanda. I wasn't home to do dishes or anything but it was leftover night so nothing happened there anyway. So, I would give myself a 7 out of 5 = 140% So another pretty good day. Just not much eaten. LOL. Anyway, here is the plan for today:

Must Do:

2. Stay within Calorie Range -
3. Drink 8 cups water -
4. Brush Teeth -
5. Go to work -

Remaining List:

2. Relax for 15 min -
3. Go to bed no later than 12am -

5. Have a shower -

I will have another good day. I can feel it!
