Iím a bit adrift in my blog today, kinda done with the ďday countĒ I was doing, but Iím not starting another one for a few days (literally, just a few)
I have decided to do 30 Day Shred in the mornings throughout all of December. I will stay on track this holiday season no matter what (Iím not sure how Iíll manage during the family trip to New Orleans, but I have time to figure it out)
Iím picking up the DVD tonight after work and Iím starting it on Saturday, December 1st. Iíll take pics and measurements on Thursday for my ďbefore Jillian kicks my assĒ so I can see the difference of the ďafterĒ
I have also recently found out I have access to the back staircase at work, no one uses those stairs ever, so I can walk stairs on my lunch break. I did 10 minutes (itís a flight and a half) of up and down on Monday, Iíll do it again today and Friday and then next week see if Iím up for 4 or 5 days.
Something has shifted in my personality again, I struggled against depression for most of October and just wasnít myself for all of November, but I kind of feel like Iím getting back to myself now.
I do best when I can workout and eat healthy and Iím a good kind of tired at the end of every day.
I have already logged my food for today and I think Iíll have to find more to eat later. I always forget how awesome my normal eating is, when I donít have access to my routine (like this past week) itís harder to eat well. But when I have my normal breakfast foods and lunch foods, it just makes it SO much easier.
This week is not so much getting back on track as getting back to my routine.
