wWINTER CHALLENGE INDIGO TEAM FEATURES
Here on the Indigo Team we have the following features for the Winter Challenge. We have these as a daily reminder to where we are trying to go in our journey. I hope this collection of information, affirmations, tips and tools help educate us as a team on this life change we are all trying to make and stick each day.
Each Wednesday, starting with December 12th, you will weigh in by 11:59p and post your weight, and in weeks that follow your weight, cardio minutes, strength training minutes, and ITC points. Please weigh-in on time. =)
On Thursdays we will post an Affirmation or Positive Message to help you on your journey.
On Fridays we will post a funny video or photo or story about weigh loss, fitness, food, etc.
SHORT TIPS SATURDAY & SUNDAY:
On Saturdays and Sundays we will post a short tip that will help you on your journey.
On Mondays we will post a motivational video of someone who has lost weight through healthy eating and exercise.
TUESDAY - LAST CHANCE WORKOUT
On Tuesdays we will post a Last Chance Workout video from the web that you can add to your normal routine to do one extra push before Wednesdays Weigh In.
BIGGEST LOSER RETURNS!
Additionally, I am also excited that we will have a season of the Biggest Loser to discuss starting in January. I have watched the trailer several times and I GRIN every time Jillian BANGS the back of the treadmill....STAND UP TALL! I really missed her. =)
