    I tried it too. I loved the creativity and playfulness of the names for the different moves. Left me a little stiff. It is challenging but fun for a change of pace!

    Ken, Have a look at this site, I have not gotten past the 20 Minute warm up for the "Fat Burner Plus" workout but will have time off between Xmas and New Years and plan on doing just that. Im sweating bullets with the warm up, holding those posses engages your entier body.

    Have a good day buddy and wish I could burn up that Ice with you, LOVE ice skating! Use to be a clown on skates, love the fact that you can turn the blade flat and slide for days..

    Enjoy doing these, I read them and thought I'd give them a try but take a much longer time frame to completely go through them as some of the moves I find very difficult to perform. emoticon

    I did her Turkey Burner workout from Nov 2011 until June 2012. It was great, though I never (!) got to like the burpees. By the time summer rolled around I was in good shape for all my summer outdoor activities.
