So I am on week 5. I have not lost anything in 2 weeks! (I am actually up 2 lbs from my last weigh in!) I am obviously doing something wrong but I can't figure out what it is!
This is my exercise program:
Kickboxing for 60 mins M-W-F
Lane swimming on Tuesdays for 30-40 mins doing front crawl
Weight lifting at the gym 3x/week whenever I can fit it in
Walk/jog intervals 3x/week for 30 mins
This exercise is WAY more intense than what I was doing before. (Kickboxing, running and swimming are new to me in the last 5 weeks!)
My average weekly calorie burn has been about 4200. And I am consistent with eating about 1500-1600 cals a day. I didn't even have Thanksgiving to contend with this month as I am Canadian!
Soooooo.... WHY AM I NOT LOSING!!
A little tempted to say, "never mind, I can't do this." I feel so much better though so quitting is not an option. I have way more energy, my clothes are baggy on my. Maybe I am just redistributing. Muscle is heavier than fat... but I would still like the scale to go in the right direction.
Any tips, tricks, or advise to helping me lose another 70 lbs!
