I have been struggling with my weight and I am tired. Until I read an article from Woman's World about women over 35 who can't lose weight. I read the article and it features Susanne Somer's "Sexy Forever" diet. It looked easy. This last weekend I hit 200 lbs. I was very frustrated. So I decided to try it. I started Sunday. By Monday I was 198. I was happy because I could not put on my work pants, but now I can. Then I started walking on Monday with my sister n law. Tuesday I was 195. I was really excited. This morning. Wow! 193. Yes it is great. However, If this diet can help me pass my eighties then I know it really works. For the last 3 years I could not get passed the my eighties. I will keep you posted on how this diet is working.
