Day 72: The things in our lives that take over every inch. My boss has a whole band set up behind my work station lol It's kinda taking over.

Day 73: Another book from the 1800's I shot. This chapter is about siamese twins and it's labeled "monsters". Pretty amazing, it's from the 1830's.

Day 74: Really gotta stop bringing kittens home from the grocery store.

Not sure what I was talking to my coworker about yesterday, something about weighing 110 lbs. She said "I could weigh 110 lbs, if I exercised as much as you but then my body fat would be off and what's the point?" Ahhhhh I love the back handed compliments ppl share. First of all who would wanna weigh 110lbs? or 120 lbs? I can honestly say I wont's wanna weigh less than 145, my life would be miserably strict. 2nd she has to make like I exercise so much that if i was of a normal weight exercising like I do, then I would be super model thin. Super models don't have energy to exercise. That's why they weigh 110 lbs. The only ppl that weigh 110, are healthy and exercise are teenagers with no body fat. I see exercise as a hobby that I enjoy. I don't exercise to be thin. at 160 lbs I can eat what I want, when I want and buy the clothes I want and that's all I give a flying crap about. The end. Naturally thin ppl shouldn't make assumptions that they say out loud. Cuz then I will assume u suck, forever.

I love the personality of your new kitty. She is really smart and quirky.

I weighed 115 to 125 pounds for most of my adult life and was SICK all the time. I had no resistance to anything. And I really had no energy, just like you said. I would not want to weight 115 pounds again either.

Maybe next time nosy co-worker inquires about your weight -

a: why is my weight of such great interest to you?

a: I have a healthy body fat range of 15% (fill in the blank, I don't know!), lean muscle mass of 85% (whatever)... (the point is, break it down so she sees that it's more muscle and bone, rather then just bone and some fat... healthier proportions.).

It's annoying how easy it is to get sucked into some lose-lose comparison thing with co-workers or so-called friends or so-called supportive family members or even complete strangers! Just gotta leave it out the door and focus on what you need to do and want to do and know you are doing the best you can do!! You're not accountable for their sucky life - they gotta deal with their own baggage!!

Hang in there, Jules!!
