What's going on here? ....and thank you.

I have had a couple of rough days with the type of binges that I thought I had left behind and didn't really know why.

First, I panicked. Then, when I really thought about it I realized I have had a number of serious issues on my mind and I reverted to old habits. I then read a couple of spark blogs from people who have so generously posted their advice and I think today, I will exercise for a minimum of 10 minutes, drink my water, and use the nutrition tracker. I will also start dealing with a couple of the issues that are bothering me one step at a time instead of trying to eat away anxiety.

Just writing this down helps me feel more in control. Thanks to so many of you for your advice and support.

    emoticon We all have strayed (including myself this past wk or so) but we can get back to what we know is right. Let's set ourselves small goals to accomplish each day (keeping my hand out of the candy jar, no tossing the candy jar) emoticon emoticon We have came to far to stop now.
