I have had a couple of rough days with the type of binges that I thought I had left behind and didn't really know why.
First, I panicked. Then, when I really thought about it I realized I have had a number of serious issues on my mind and I reverted to old habits. I then read a couple of spark blogs from people who have so generously posted their advice and I think today, I will exercise for a minimum of 10 minutes, drink my water, and use the nutrition tracker. I will also start dealing with a couple of the issues that are bothering me one step at a time instead of trying to eat away anxiety.
Just writing this down helps me feel more in control. Thanks to so many of you for your advice and support.
