I found a book that is a 15 day raw diet. It's called "Ani's 15-Day Fat Blast" by Ani Phyo. I'm going to try it for 2 days and see how it goes. If all goes well then I will attempt the whole 15 days. In the book it is encouraged to journal each day and even gives specific questions to answer. I will answer those here on this blog. The Pre-Diet questions follow:
Why Do This
*I want to lose weight because....I want to be healthier and look cute in my old clothes again.
*I need to lose weight because....I am at risk for health problems and overweight.
*I will allow myself to change and become healthier because....I could use the extra energy to get more done
*I will succeed on this plan because....I need the extra veggies/fruits!
