Had a nice relaxing Thanksgiving..we went to my aunts house and there was just the 4 of us there so very quiet. I knew what I was going to eat and not eat before I went-so I planned ahead.
I baked sugar free chocolate muffins so myself and my father(who is diabetic) would have something to snack on when pie and icecream came out. My dad decided to have pie and a muffin...shrug. I planned to have a small amount of my mom's stuffing--its a family recipe that is amazing! I knew I'd want some so I let myself have alittle bit...besides turkey and alot of veggies.
I'm happy to say that I lost 3 lbs this week! Very happy I made it through Thanksgiving and still lost weight. I hit 40 lbs lost on Sparkpeople. :)
