Back to work and the pace and timing of meals showed it. Nonetheless I think it came out ok.
Breakfast: Banana with almond butter, coconut yoghurt, almonds, chai spice tea with coconut milk.
Snack: dates and almonds, black coffee
Lunch (later than I'd like): 4-6 oz. oven roasted turkey breast
Dinner: two hamburgers from last night, sweet potato cubes
Snack: raisins, almonds, macadamia nuts, chamomile tea
Didn't have time for much of a workout today - walked dogs quickly before work, did 10 minutes of free weights. Won't have time tomorrow either, but I plan to get back on track Thursday. On the other hand I attended my daughter's swim team awards night and vicariously benefited from the tens of thousands of yards she swam this fall ... there is a genetic link, right?
