Not a surprise that I am here again. The same place, same feelings, just wanting to change.

I know exactly how you feel. Motivation is so hard to maintain and even harder to get back once things get off track. I feel like I struggle constantly. But we're here and we're working on it, which is the main thing. Hang in there!

I wake up and think of it as day 1. That way if I get through it I accomplished it. Next thing I know a week has passed, a month and eventually a year. I feel the same way as you do at times. I feel embarrassed that I let myself get overweight and unhealthy and ashamed. New Day, new way of thinking. Every step can be in the same direction, you just pick the direction.
Best regards,

Just got to keep getting right back on track... I've been there.. a lot... I started seeing success when I took less and less time to get back on track! :)

Please know that you are not alone. I personally feel that I start over and over. Take the time to find out why this happens to you and learn from it. It's okay to start over. You know things now that you did not know when you first started. All is not lost. take advantage of the sp planner and write stuff down too. Dance, sing, try a new recipe, take a walk.

Even though your blog sounded sad, you made me feel better about what i'm doing. It feels like i'm doing nothing, but no something is better that nothing. Continue with this fight and you will WIN. Thank you for sharing your feelings with me. emoticon

    Hi,
I know you're discouraged right now, but look at this as a positive. Not all setbacks are bad. If you learned something from it, which you did, then kudos to you. Now make a plan and stick with it.
Start small. Weigh and measure your food intake and track everything honestly. And start with 10 minutes of exercise each day. Start a spark streak, whether it's drinking 8 glasses of water a day, or exercising for 10 minutes each day. Start a streak and keep it going. You can do it!
And most importantly, don't look back. It will only discourage you. Today is a new day, you have a new goal, and you are doing something about your health. That's awesome!
If you read my blogs, you will see an emotional roller coaster ride, but we are all on the ride of our life together. Whether the start of the ride or the finish... we are in it together.
