Well let's say that my intake of sodium today was within my goal :)
I hope I can keep that more often. I think I did a really good job on eating today. I ate almost perfect on the amount of carbs, fat and protein. Drunk my water
Can't believe after so much walking and things to do I still did a 30 min treadmill work out today.
So far so good. Keep up time!!!
