so lets just keep them the same.

I have gained like 3 lbs again over Thanksgiving, I will probably loose it right before Christmas only to gain it again. This is what happened between Halloween and Thanksgiving.

I did not exercise last week, but I did do some this week, so I am just going to keep at it.

I am continuing to drink water

    As you say, just keep at it! One day at a time. And the water drinking is great!

    Just keep pushing. Try cut little things during the day, smaller snacks, it's the deficit in calories for a week that will help you in the long run.
