Got up yesterday morning and did 25 minutes of low impace aerobics; this morning I did 45 minutes of cardio kickboxing! It felt so good. Tomorrow is back to the gym. Also staying within my calorie range. Hoping to get back what I had and continue foreward. Day 3 is done.
