Alright... I know this is a long journey. The healthy foods I got. John and I have a set bed time of 11pm. We are night owls so that one was tough, but after two months and our dogs yelling at us when we don't go to bed on time it has become habit. This time I'm starting with measuring my food, it takes forever but keeps me from over eating. More importantly it helps me remember to eat through out the day. Also, since I have to take the time to get my food together in the morning it gets me up and moving, my blood flowing a little. The second goal is my water intake. For a long time John and I where doing really well, drinking lots of water and being super active. Then life happened and we weren't able to be out and active as much due to other obligations. And some how our water intake vanished seemingly over night; POOF. :) Now I'm getting back to it. drinking a glass of water each time I slow down to eat a snack is helping a lot. And so the voyage continues... I'm gonna head to some Band of Brothers while cuddling with the fam and cross stitching... don't ask how I manage all three at once, I'm not even sure!
