I have switched the iced tea/water, done the 10min but for 2 days my "alarm" is going off @ 5:30 not the 5 I swear I set it for. So what I decided to do was continue this week with working out when I get home & on the weekend set my alarm for 4:30 and by Mon 5 won't be an issue.
Going to take my pills and hit the sack! Make it a good one
