Feeling Happier with Myself

Tuesday, November 27, 2012

The last two days have me more pumped up and feeling a bit better, I've worked out tons and increased my intensity and had some insights into portion control and today was even a little under my calories and if I can keep that up I'm sure I'll start feeling better and get healthier.

I think on top of that I'm starting to sort out some of the other life problems rattling around in my head and now I'll be able to take action on some career choice get my life back on track. Finances could be tough until after christmas but at least I have a start on that.

My total lack of social life is probably the worst of it. I have a hard time meeting people tho. I'll have to spend some time considering that and work on it I suppose and ya idealy it would be awesome to be slim and toned to meet new people but I guess I have to start somewhere.

Looking forward to finishing this week and keeping myself happy, positive and motivated.

Just remember you are going to meet "your new self" soon! Meeting others will come shortly after. Enjoy your journey!

I came across your blog under the "new blog entries" on the blog main page. Self Improvement is an awesome, and very hard journey. I offer just a little advise and hope it comes to help if you ever run into the same situations as I have.
Just remember it is not about "all or nothing". SparkPeople especially stresses that every little bit really does count. It can be overwhelming to expect perfection. If you slip up, just get right back up and press on. Don't let little things ruin what you've already accomplished. And you may just be starting, but one of the hardest parts is just getting going to begin with.
And in all things, socially or otherwise: Just love and be your true self. Congrats on starting on a good lifestyle change!
