In Alcoholics Anonymous they teach people to remember the acronym HALT. Never let yourself get too:
I think that those four things can lead to weakening your resolve. Not just for alcohol but for food too. Unfortunately I let myself get too hungry before supper tonight and went over the amount I had planned to eat. I also skipped my workout I had planned. Now I need to work on not letting that happen again.
