Get up, Stand up, and Lose 'em (Week 4)

So emoticon emoticon emoticon is what I have been saying to myself this week for the first time in a very long time.

This Bob Marley blog title will be the last in this series since it will be time to get ready for the Holidays...but more importantly because my confidence is in full force again now that I have found new ways to say NO more often to trying to accomplish it all, eat it all, and do it all for everyone all the time. And I am on the right track again with keeping my calories in range.

I am participating in a post-Thanksgiving mini challenge on a team this week to fit my exercise in, but here are some additional little goals and planning for the days ahead:

Wednesday:
Take a packed lunch to work emoticon


Thursday:
I can have lunch out but NO fast food and NO soda. emoticon but not on the fast food part. I forgot and ate McDonalds breakfast. Was happy to have taken a packed lunch though...it helped me with the calorie range.

Find some time to relax and go outside. emoticon
I am having cavities filled emoticon
emoticon I survived emoticon

Friday:
Take a packed lunch to work...Remember the travels that lie ahead emoticon
Accomplish something at home that I can see
emoticon Not the cleaning I had hoped to do... I spent all my energy cooking dinner for my family. I did dishes but ended up making the same amount dirty.

Saturday:
Travel day but don't forget the reps emoticon emoticon emoticon

Sunday:
Travel day but do some cardio when we get home. Find a way!

Monday:
Walk on break at work emoticon
