I think this week has been a really trying week for our 5% challenge but then again it has stretched me..I have done really well not eating junk food all this week until today...Started out great..went to the big town to pick up the rods, finials and tassels for the hooked tapestries I've been making for the son's..also bought me a much needed purse...haven't had a new purse since I retired in 2005..skipped the new boots as think I make the old ones work for another year..then we were going to stop and eat at a little Mexican cafe..lovely food and lovely people own it..well decided not to spend the money so came home and grilled a steak instead...and then............

that pumpkin roll called my name....had to eat a slice...but hey 1 day out of 4 isn't bad on eating junk back to the grind tomorrow..but think this challenge this week will help me keep my eyes open until the winter challenge starts.

You have done awesome - I have only managed one day so far of no junk food.

I've done fine with junk food this week, but I think it's only because I overdid it last week and gave in to the munchies a few times too often.

This week has been very challenging for sure. Today is the first day I have managed to stay away from the junk. I have really tried today to be so mindful of everything that goes into my mouth.....tiring :-) I applaud your efforts!
