What is a "Nightmare"?

Tuesday, November 27, 2012

A nightmare is an unpleasant dream with little correlation
to what is happening in real life. It only appears that way.
Am I really falling out of a plane? Possibly something in my
life is out of my control.
Have I gone to a social event half-dressed? It might be that
I have left a task unfinished and it comes out in my dreams.
Do I have pleasant dreams? Most certainly!
Think about the dreams you have for the future. I hope
they are awesome, inspiring and motivating.
Don't let your lack of control or half-finished day become
a "nightmare". Turn things around with a positive attitude.
Let the day's disappointments fade and let your body rest
in peaceful slumber.
My "nightmare" of a day is almost done. After working
through countless proposals for prescription drug coverage,
I may be seeing pills in my sleep. But I know that I have done
the best I could. And all my senios appreciate the effort.
As a matter of fact, one dear lady brought a plate of sugar
cookies to the office today. I will be having sweet dreams
Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful night of
pleasant dreams. HUGS!

Nightmares don't bother me much, I just ignore them! It's the daymares (real stuff) that I don't like! Hugs!

I hope today is less nightmarish for you! Reading your blog this morning reminded me that I had another good dream last night (me, who never remembers my dreams!)

Thanks for posting this!

I dream about Excel, most often. I can hardly wait to be done with the books - working until midnight or later, then going to bed...*ugh*

I can only imagine your "nightmare" with the Part D insurance for your people. It is bad enough reseraching it for just 1!!! I spent several hours a couple of different days before decided to change DH's plan.

And the important part is that the nightmare has little relation to reality! Most things we fear never come to pass.
