So - who has one of these arm type BodyMedia fit's ? I can remember seeing them on the biggest loser shows.

What type do you have - what type do you suggest?

Are they worth spending the money on one (they have a sale going on now).

I LOVE mine. I have the one pictured on the right above..the "fit". It is so comfortable, i forget I'm wearing it. It is crazy accurate. The best part is that it helps me monitor my sleep patterns. Not just resting, but when I'm sleeping. The company recently updated the software, so they have become more accurate and you can select more activities. It learns you as it goes, so the longer you wear it, the better off you are. I strongly suggest getting the little round display and wearing it as a watch. it helps you keep track of your goals, and beeps at you when you reach one of your daily marks.

Even thought the company doesn't suggest it, my nine year old daughter's doctor prescribed the bodymedia fit for her to wear as a way to understand why she was gaining weight. Her blood tests were fine, she tracked her diet, but continued to gain 2-3 pounds per month. The bodymedia really helped us understand her activity level and her sleep patterns to help turn around the weight gain.

In a nutshell, the ONLY bad thing I have to say about the bodymedia is that it is not waterproof, and I'd really like to be able to wear it swimming. Otherwise, i can't live without mine :)

Never tried one, but I am curious what others have to say.
