Need to get going again

I have been trying to figure out what is going on with me lately.. I can't get back on track. I feel tired a lot lately even though I am getting plenty of sleep. I am feeling a bit sickish but nothing major. I have gained again and I am so tired of it. My clothes are uncomfortable and I feel like a whale sometimes.. I always said that I would do what ever it took if I ever hit 200 well now I am over that and still doing nothing. I feel like I just keep putting it off day after day after day.. "tomorrow I am going to start doing better, tomorrow I am going to start watching what I eat"
One thing I have noticed while tracking my food is I need to find a portable quick breakfast... If I screw up early in the AM that's it for the day. I don't have any time in the AM with 3 kids to get out the door. The last two weeks its been protein bars and banana's. I hate yogurt so that is out and eggs even though are quick are out they are not quick enough and cold by the time I get to work. I like to eat a bit when I first get to work and check emails and start my day bad thing is its usually bad stuff.
I need to make myself get back tot he gym too. I was going every day but then just quit. Where I work gives us 3 hours a week to exercise and you would be suprised at how many people don't take advantage of it... I used to but now..... I can get motivated again.

    For quick breakfast I have boiled eggs and baked banana bread so I can grab and go. Or get on Pinterest and look up different ideas. I found one of my favorite breakfasts on there, a cold oatmeal with fruit that sits overnight so you just grab and go in the morning. Spark has a Pinterest account as well so you could pull ideas from Coach Nicole as well.

    The thing that has worked to get me motivated in the past was going for a walk to detress or wasn't even really to work out that just comes as a bonus and then gets addictive. I bought a FitBit a few weeks ago and that has increased my motivation big time for Fitness when before I had NONE. It has helped me track my sleep on top of steps, calories, etc. It shows you how often you have woken up and may give you insight to see if something is going on in your sleep that may be causing part of this feeling.
